Refunds are not applicable once legal consultations, document reviews, or filings have commenced. Partial refunds may be considered if a written cancellation request is received before work begins. As financial planning, compliance, and tax services are time-sensitive and heavily reliant on real-time data and input from clients, refunds are not available after service commencement. Human Resources Solutions

HR audits, policy creation, and staff advisory work are non-refundable once work has begun. Ineligibility for Refunds

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:
• Partial payments of agreed service fees.
• Voluntary withdrawal of services by the client at any stage after engagement due to personal reasons.
• Client misrepresentation or omission of material information that affects eligibility or outcome.
• Failure to cooperate with document submissions or requests within specified timelines.
• Disrespectful, abusive, or unethical behavior towards Deutsche Consulting Pvt Ltd trading as Deutsche Consulting Private Limited’s staff, other clients, stakeholders, etc of those who are associated with Deutsche Consulting Private Limited trading as Deutsche Consulting Private Limited in any capacity.
• Use of fraudulent or tampered documents during any part of the engagement.
• Failure to meet required eligibility standards, such as qualification assessments, financial documentation, or legal prerequisites set by any law that comes into force or any existing law is modified after signing of agreement.

Refund Process and Timelines

• The client must submit a formal Refund Request Form with a valid reason, supporting documents, and a copy of the payment receipt.
• Deutsche Consulting Private Limited shall acknowledge the refund request within 5 business days and respond with a decision within 30 business days.
• Approved refunds will be processed via cheque, bank transfer, or credit card reversal (where applicable).
• Refunds are not issued in cash under any circumstance.

Non-Refundable Components

• Government application fees (e.g., Companies Registration Office, Revenue, or third-party HR services)
• Professional assessment costs (e.g., external auditors, legal reviewers, payroll processors)
• Any administrative charges, courier costs, or card transaction fees

Partial Refunds Due to Regulatory Changes

Cancellation Policy

Before Service Begins: Clients may cancel a service with no penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled project start. Full refunds are issued for pre-paid services under this condition.

After Service Commencement: Cancellations after service work has started (after 24 hours of signing the service agreement) are non-refundable. Deutsche Consulting Private Limited may consider issuing a service credit for future use under exceptional circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

If a client believes they are entitled to a refund, they must submit a written request to info@deutsche.dk within 7 days of the service issue, including:


• Full name and contact information
• Service(s) in question
• Reason for the refund request transaction fees
• Supporting documentation or evidence

Deutsche Consulting Private Limited will respond within 5 business days and resolve all disputes fairly, aiming to maintain the trust and transparency our clients expect.

Exceptions & Final Decisions
