Baburaj Narkatt holds over three decades of experience in finance and accounting with varied corporate finance, project management, and strategic advisory. He has consistently shown good judgement throughout his career while handling complex financial functions, building profitability, and ushering organizational change across industries and geographies.
He began his accounting career at Air India and IMS Ship Management and later moved to senior finance leadership roles in infrastructure, real estate, and consultancy companies. He became Head of Finance at Feedback Infra Ltd and led stakeholder engagement, project costing, and ERP implementation, which provided the basis for long-term financial planning. During his ten-year tenure at Voyants Solutions, he oversaw global finance operations, fund mobilization, and compliance for India, Africa, and the Middle East and established subsidiaries in Kenya, Rwanda, and Dubai.
In his subsequent positions as General Manager at Kashish Developers and 360 Realtors LLP, Baburaj oversaw group-level financial controls, standardised procedures, and initiated major reforms in finance on high-value projects worth over ₹300 crores. His areas of expertise includes fund management, taxation, treasury operations, internal audits, stressed asset management, and restructuring of project financing.
